Our Head Chef Matt Kennedy has created a story that celebrates the melting pot that is Melbourne food scene. 
Endorsed by Juan De La Cruz, completely gluten free, showcasing Latin American flavours and techniques, whilst letting local, seasonal produce lead the way, whatever the occasion.
